    Im starting to see progress with the db rows. before kase mali ata positioning ko. even with the cable rows vert and hori! i guess dbpress and dbrows are my faves now. i need more 5kg plates

    People think that the chest gives one a more muscular figure..little do they know its the shoulders and back...

    i know nothing! to be honest im only a white belt

    there are so many videos on shoulders yet.. the growth is minute lol.

    how does one get 3d delts lol? is my age the biggest factor? subprime calories? aminos? test?

    papi, my triceps and front delts grow faster than my chest even doing mostly flat bench. will doing db flye isolate more the chest area?

    Naku...when i was younger i thought pressing movements is all one needs to add shoulder size..when i train with competitors, 80 to 90% of the volume are lateral movements, high volume and reps from angles, mid 20s to failure, last 2 exercise are pressing..every movement is non stop, i normally do shoulders at 1hr and thirty..
