Waist line pls?...sa 3 body types...walang pure mesomorph, its always a combined of endo or ecto body type..

Around 28-30 from 32-34 last Christmas

Nakakalungkot lang gusto ko sana sama sa routine ko is running pero recently may bad session ata ako nasobrahan ako sa takbo sumasakit tuhod ko since then sumasakit na tuhod ko just before i hit 3k. Sad!

Youre at the low end ...no need to lose anymore..waistline kasi lagi basis ko...height in inches diveded by 2..weight is not a factor if youre lean

sira pala yun nag iisang bar. hahahhah bearings ata.

i used the smith machine.. im surprised pwede ibaba all the way... weird flex doing the deads but it works.. whole upper and lower got hit lol
