nag-gym ba kayo? saan? for what? papapayat or for bulking up?
eh diet? ako kasi nag-gym pero no diet... supplements lang...

Sundays - OFF
Mondays - Shoulders and bi's
Tuesdays - Quads,Hams,Calves
Wednesdays - OFF
Thursdays - Chest, Abs
Fridays - Back, Tri's
Saturdays - OFF
Im ectomorph so I cant afford to take more than two days off and no cardios as well.

- Dyan sa malapit sa may Espanya sa tapat ng UST.
- Nagpapapayat sana ako, kaso nung inumpisahan ko na, tinuloy ko na rin sa body building.
- I eat anything but in moderation, tama na yung natikman ko ng konti. Sabay inom ng supplements or fruits pag nakakaramdam ng gutom in between meals.
- Cardio everyday, I still have to minimize the baby fats that I have.
- Everyday workout except Thursdays & Sundays. Minsan pag maraming work pass rin.

former gyms (in chronological order):
- slimmer's world timog (sarado na dahil nasunog)
- pinnacle sa may jade garden
- moro lorenzo in ADMU
- fitness first (abs-cbn or libis)
i'm presently working out in glod's gym galleria. reason? consuelo na sa katawan dahil araw-araw kain at upo lang sa opisina.
MWF - weights, used to bulk up, but now, low weights and high reps.
TTh - cardio day, abs and legs
diet - low carb, high protein (SANA!)

fitness first plus during weekdays, fitness first alabang pag sinipag ng weekends.
reason: to relieve me from the stress of my work; to be healthy na rin. (muntik na akong atakihin sa puso dahil sa katabaan three years ago...)
Mondays - heavy chest workout
Tuesdays - HIIT cardio
Wednesdays - shoulders and back workout
Thursday - swimming, 15 laps
Friday - legs/abs/biceps/triceps
Visited Honda Alabang yesterday, I asked the SA, no firm date but they mentioned probably last...
