September 6th, 2019 11:15 PM #2887Naku...when i was younger i thought pressing movements is all one needs to add shoulder size..when i train with competitors, 80 to 90% of the volume are lateral movements, high volume and reps from angles, mid 20s to failure, last 2 exercise are pressing..every movement is non stop, i normally do shoulders at 1hr and thirty..
