    Ano ba height and age mo?

    Si crush kasi matangkad and he is still relatively young (late 40s) and he is good in basketball and works out at the gym. Gusto ko nga sana siya sabayan kaya lang he works out in their office gym, and besides I won't be able to do my workout because I will end up ogling at him.

    BTT: I do intend to work out again but I absolutely hate leg workouts EXCEPT for leg press. My favorite are upper body exercises

    Changing your workout routine is one thing, complementing your body type with a specific workout is another.

    If you are tall, bulk up.

    If you are short, lean out.

    It's all about proportion.

    I try to bulk up but i dont have the discipline. 🤣

    Agree, no amount of working out can change your body type.

    Crush is mesomorph. Parang same body type kayo blanc, kasi tall ka pero di ka payatot

    doing 40 pushups is doable now.. but going 50-70 is kindof a mental thing lol

    Do it 5 sets with 20 reps each. 10 seconds rest in between set.

    You can vary your execution depending on which pec muscles you want to hit.

    Push-up is a very good body weight compound exercise.
