I expected it to be one of the two current leading Chinese covid vaccines not Pfizer. The author or her source may have assumed it to be Pfizer because it was hogging all the media limelight during the interview or during the time the event happened.

What i know and read about the Pfizer vaccines is that they are very strict in both its transportation and storage. Their transportation and storage is monitored 24 hours such that a deviation from the recommended temp would spoil the batch.
Several Thousand batches of the Pfizer vaccines have already been deemed unfit because of sudden change of temp during transport and storage forcing them to discard it.

if it is indeed Pfizer they are giving, the vaccine dose might have already been compromised in the transport and handling.

I have friend who used it before and after the start of the pandemic.
They claim it helps if you keep getting allergy or hay fever.
But when it comes to Covid, no idea. I havn't known any of them getting infected but that doesn't mean it works.

that's the problem with illegally imported goods.
one has no idea of just how faithful the handlings were, i.e., shipping temperatures,
or how real the product is, as in, is it the legitimate product, or is it a counterfeit?
and because they were illegal shipments, "wala silang habol" whatsoever.

for all they know, they could have been injected with ordinary salt solutions.

government will issue "covid vaccine passport" to those concerned. google it, folks.

but my concern is,
if the vaccine was obtained in "un-approved" manner,
how can anyone issue a certificate for a product that has no approved legal paper trail (i.e., smuggled or not approved for local use)?

Realisticlly speaking how much or rather how many vaccinated population we need in order for us to live again a normal life? without wearing mask and that we can move freely from place to place and kids can now study in school and play around.

baka medyo matagal pa po.
first, no vaccine is 100% effective. thus, even the vaccinateds are still required to don mask and face shield.
second, researchers are not sure if the vaccinateds are indeed immune from harboring the virus and passing it off in their breaths.
so far kasi, they are pretty confident only in the protection from serious disease that the vaccine will bestow on those that are effectively vaccinated. they are still studying on whether they can still be effective passers of the virus.
