well, cost is a significant factor in many most things...
i mean,
if it costs half the competition's,
it might translate to twice the number of effective vaccinations rendered...
this might offset the 60-versus-90 % difference in effectiveness.
but that's just simple me.
actuaries and other numbers crunchers, if you can shed more light...
but the long-term effects...
this is something absolutely no one yet knows about...
