well, cost is a significant factor in many most things...

i mean,
if it costs half the competition's,
it might translate to twice the number of effective vaccinations rendered...
this might offset the 60-versus-90 % difference in effectiveness.

but that's just simple me.
actuaries and other numbers crunchers, if you can shed more light...

but the long-term effects...
this is something absolutely no one yet knows about...

totoo naman sa clinical trial data AZN vaccine only prevents severe covid

it doesn't prevent people from getting infected and infect others

in theory what you want the vaccine to do is to make you so immune that you don't even know you got exposed to the virus

but what AZN vaccine does is it keeps you out of the hospital

you'll still get symptoms like common cold but prevents the illness from getting worse

as i mentioned before pwede na sakin yun

pero if you want better protection mag Pfizer ka

Re: UK variant positive na galing Dubai, ang dami kasing foreigners nagdatingan to celebrate the new year's eve. Hindi nag ban ng flights di gaya ng ibang mid east countries. Baka todo naki celebrate yung nag positive. Kaya kami we stayed away sa mga tourist location.
Anyway, vaccination is open na sa residents dito ang haba pa lang ng pila.

what are the various bases for saying "effective" ang vaccine?

if the reported effectiveness varies significantly,
i am thinking,
is there a real variation in vaccine effectiveness, as understood by the man on the street?
or is it because the definition of "effective" varies from tester to tester?

problema ko sa annual flu shots bro, rightafter grabeng trangkaso agad ako bro na tipong bedridden talaga
2x ko sinubukan yun free sa office, di nako nag attempt ng 3rd kasi trauma ako sa trangkaso
