    Delayed!

Wala raw dumating na VGT SS Hypermetallic sa delivery.

Meron daw na VGT Gold, pero I think hindi na sulit. Kapag pinakabit ko yung spoiler and rear mirror, halos 100k pa ang difference for the leather seats and LCDs (which we don't need and baka takaw-tingin pa sa mga magnanakaw).

Valuewise, difference of 100k for the leather seats lang.

Oh well. Try again next time. How often ba usually ang mga delivery ng HARI?

Kung malapit ka sa Banawe, punta ka lang kay MASPRO. Siya lang trusted shop ng Tucson Philippines at Santa Fe Club Philippines sa Banawe.

Those are H4 bulbs for the Gen 1 outer lamps and Gen 3. I'm not sure with the Gen 2 if they also have the same outer lamps.

For the GS, you need H7 for the low beams, H1 for high beams and H27 for the fogs.

*SG, got Solarzen pure yellow high beams and fogs installed. The H27 they installed was 880 and not 881. Pwede din pala.

*mda, waiting game again. GOLD na para leather seats na din. Hehe!

    Guys,

Have you experienced all your dashboard indicator lights go on, as if you had just started the car, while you were driving?

I had just finished with the RCBC building's (useless) security check. After all doors had been closed, I took my foot off the brake pedal and then noticed that all my dash indicator lights lit up, and then turned off. I drove off to the parking but did not experience anything different.

Electronic Gremlins? Forewarning? Anyone experience this before?

    Thanks.

Gen. 2 yung sa'min. H7 for low beam, H1 for high beam then H3 ata ang fogs.

Ah 880 ba. Until now nalilito parin ako sa 880 at 881. Identical yung looks nila Pa-letter L lang yung 881. Hehehe.

I hope isolated case lang. I really hate the electronical issues, ang hirap i-lockdown.

EK namin dati, kay daming chop chop pero alarm and busina lang yung pinalitan.

Pumunta kami sa isang resto. Pag lock ng car via alarm, umiilaw dapat yung headlights. Ayun, the headlights REMAINED on kahit nakapatay na yung switch. Di namin ma remedyohan. Tanggal battery nalang.

Kaya after that, busina nalang yung palitan, tsaka OEM plug and play accessories.

As much as I'd like to, the leather seats are not worth 100k for us. I'd rather save that money and put that into the Genesis Coupe fund or something like that (umaasa)

Yup, pa-diretso yung 880. The one pulled out was replaced by an 880. I wonder, magkaiba pa kaya per Starex? O baka yung ibang car na H27 ang naka-881.

    Yes.

    For GS, H7-low; H1-hi; H27-fogs
For Gen 3, H4 high and low; not sure ano yung fogs

Thanks IMm29 for pointing this out...will take note that it's H7 for low beam and H1 for high beams (though my replacement plan is for low beams only), when I purchase them for my CVX..nakakalito nga din, buti na lang merong forum...

FYI, according to Hancars, they are taking orders already for the Hyundai Veloster... mukang pang-tapat ata ito sa Mazda Miata MX 5... I guess this is going to be another topic in the future...

You're welcome. Low beams are going to be your primary driving light on the GS so choose wisely. Next would be the high beams, but these would be for long provincial drives at night mostly (or perhaps along Commonwealth or the like, hehe). I'd eventually upgrade them after seeing what the new low beams can and cannot do for you.

The fogs are positioned too low, IMO, to make any significant visibility difference. 1 foot lang from the tip of the hood. What I did, similar to SG's idea, was to get yellow halogens to match my low beam bolt-on HID projectors.

Sulit kaya ang 2 hella na supertone (black with red grille) na kapalit ng 2 sets ng bosch fanfaren? Hehehe! Parang nahihinaan ako sa bosch behind the side part of the grille near the headlights, but then baka ako lang yun.

kakabalik lang namin from Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. started the journey at 2:40 am from congressional ave, breakfast at Candon, Ilocos Sur for 1 hour, reached blue lagoon in pagudpud at exactly 1 pm. total driving time was ~9-1/2 hours.

GS performed well, walang bitin sa overtake even uphill. load was 4 adults, 4 kids and 1 week's luggage and baby food, swimming gear, fishing rod (that never got used) and a kite (that never flew).

only complaint: head lights low beam light throw is too short. bili ako sa monday ng H7 na philips!

How's the road going to Pagudpud?...
