Thanks to both of you. Medyo inclined ako sa HARI, because when I visited Pitstop yesterday, I found out that Donald owns the company. I remember before na he used to manage ASPAC motors, where I got my current CRDi Starex. I had this experience with him (and with ASPAC) na me 2" crack ako nakita sa windshield ko (near the rear view mirror) 1 week after I took home the vehicle. So when I complained, Donald said that they will not replace the windshield because he thinks that it's not a factory defect (or it's not their fault) kasi I signed the "all is OK, received the vehicle in good condition" sheet. Baka daw sa amin nasira, eh wala naman nagyari sa starex ko for a week; at sino ba naman ang mag inspect every inch ng vehicle na brand new. He suggested na ipasok ko na lang daw sa insurance with me paying the participation fee of course. Wala na ko pera that time so I just left and had the widshield "repaired" a few weeks later. Tumagal naman yung repaired windshield, mga 3 years siguro, until nung nakapark sa tapat ng bahay namin, me nag bounce (gently lang) ng bola ng basketball, then, totally, nag crack na yung windshield ng malaki. I had it replaced sa Aguila glass na lang.
Ano kaya kung sa HARI nangyari to, papalitan kaya nila free of charge yung windshield na me crack?
