It's pretty hard to match the glossy finish of the body kasi eh.
I had a friend who tried to paint the black mudguards of his Jazz GE.
In the end, super hirap daw i match yung color doon sa body.
I've heard the same thing about the Subaru Forester's black side mirror (2.0X variant).
This is unless iba yung plastic material na ginamit dun sa mga starex. In that case, I just might try that
Had this done recently. Upper bulbs are already double contact, but sockets are still single. Lower bulbs and sockets are both single. Madali lang (for the electrician I hired, hehe!) na trabaho as long as you have the parts na. Di din kasi ako DIY guy, kaya pinagawa ko na rin. ;)
It might be the color of the car though, kaya siguro mas pansin/hindi pansin.
That, or magaling yung gumawa ng sa inyo haha.
Either way, I'll consider that. Thanks.
Might get our unit within this week or next.
Excited for a new car, pero not so much kasi van <lang> hahaha.
thanks!
IMO, you might want to invest in getting more powerful halogens (i.e. Osram Nightbreakers, or XP or the like) or perhaps bolt-on HID projector kits. The stock fogs are placed really low on the bumper, so with stock bulbs (about 35w) and a big GS front part, from the driver's seat you only get about a foot's worth of illumination after the hood.
Why not? They're an accessory of the GS naman. IMO, just don't go badging your TCi as an HVX or CVX, and you'll be just fine.
I'm just not terribly excited kasi it's a van and it's boring to drive.
This is coming from someone who has thoroughly enjoyed an old 6th gen M/T accord, then 2 FDs (first A/T then M/T)
With the same amount of money and from the same company, pwedeng genesis coupe nalang e ;)
The "big" (literally) day will probably be either late this week or next week na.
*note to imm29: Kahit bang bus, iba pa rin e :P

Yes, I noticed the very short fog lamp distance, too. Is there a yellow light HID? If yes, how many watts? What's best for dim light HID's? If I do this HID replacement, Webson of Hancars says warranty for the headlights and fog lamps will be voided.
Which brands and suppliers are best?

Which Quezon City based suppliers are best?
