Hindi naman inaadmit ang mild to moderate cases. Pero ganun na karami ang moderate cases with comorbids and severe cases na napupuno ang covid wards ng mga ospital ngayon.

Di ko alam kung di niyo lang talaga alam or insensitive lang kayo, but your posts reek of gaslighting the medical community instead of demanding accountability from the government and the DOH. Doctors are asking for ECQ not because they're inefficient but because the system just can't handle it anymore. The influx of patients now is worse than it has ever been.

A friend of mine is a doctor, was positive last May but asymptomatic so gumaling na. Got reinfected this week, this time with moderate symptoms (fever and pneumonia). Walang kwarto and she had to wait for 15 hours to get a room.

Another doctor friend, nahawa buong family last weekend. Mother died this Thursday. Symptoms went from mild to severe in the span of 24 hrs. Her dad and 2 kids still have covid symptoms.

Also another friend, super wealthy family with lots of connections, pero when his dad got COVID it took them over 10 hours and lots of strings pulled just to get a room.

Paano pa yung mga tao na walang koneksyon, walang pera.

We need to give the healthcare system some breathing room, or else it will collapse under its own weight. I understand the economic implication but we're talking lives of both patients and healthcare workers here - if you do the lockdown right, you don't need to lock down for months. In fact they are only asking for a few weeks.

For me we can't go back to March ECQ style. However, gym's, indoor cinemas, more than 50% restaurant capacity, buffet style dine-in, motel\inn and other activities considered high-risk should not be reopened\done yet.

yung motel sa tancha ko pwede na basta yung garage style kasi magchecheck-in naman jan dalawa lang 99percent yan. Pag tatlo kayo eh double charge na so better apat kayo para get the other garage room kahit iisang kotse lang kayo pumasok,. Bakit ko alam ito eh nung 90s totoy pa ako nagawa ko yan may nakilala kami sa robinsons galleria taga st marys bale 15years old si girl ako 19years old at that time. Laki ng bumper hindi bagay sa face kasi nene pa talaga beauty. Yung sa kaibigan ko eh malungkot na pag idedescribe ko pa so talo ganun.

Ang bawal si sogo kasi condo type motel grabe kakulob and ang ninipis ng pagitan/pader mariring mo naguusap mga staff palakad-lakad.

Yes, police should really be strict in implementing wearing of facemask, social distancing and proper number of passengers in PUV's.

If may barangay na mataas infection rate, pwede na yun lang ang ilockdown for 2 weeks. All along increasing health care capacity and recruiting more frontliners. I believe may report na halos wala nag-aapply, maybe because sobra sablay ng DOH kaya nag-aalangan sila plus low salaries.

I read sometime in April that there are more than 18,000 hospital beds in NCR.
With the current available covid beds of only around 5000 for both ward and isolation, means hospitals are only allocating 30% of their bed capacity to covid19.
Mukha pera talaga yata ang reason ng bed shortage.

it's not just money.

even before covid, marami nang costumers ang hospital.
many of these patients did not diminish in number, when covid arrived. yung mga "elective" lang ang puedeng i-postpone.
every single bed reserved for covid, is one less bed for the general medical patient.

bottomline,
when push comes to shove,
may pasyenteng matatanggihan.
que covid or non-covid.

Matagal ng nakikinig yang office of the president ni Duterte sa mga complaints and requests.
All you have to do is either call 8888 or email their pcc*malacanang.gov.ph
Mas effective ang email because they can email to you yung signed letter ni Medaldia directing the agency or department responsible to act on your complaints.
Once they acknowledged your email its assured action is being done.
I've done this with my problem with PLDT around 2 years ago and wondering why last July 6 , business travel was suddenly allowed, Im one of the petitioners.
I received an email on July 2 that my request was being considered. In fact yung travel insurance was one of my suggestions.
Too bad lang yung airport na destination ko hindi nagbukas.
