    ngayon sasabihin nila kaya maflatten ang curve in 1 month pero noong mayo sinabi nila hindi naflatten ang curve noong ecq which was 2 months long

    If we had the testing capacity now 2 1/2 months ago, we would have found fewer positives because the infection was still under control, fewer people had it. If we had also enough contact tracers and quarantine facitilities, we wouldn't be in this situation. Now it is out of control so obviously number of positives from the mass testing confirms that all the quarantine efforts have failed... What can 2 weeks ECQ do? Only wait for many asymptomatics to be trapped in their homes with their family and wait for the virus to do their thing. Those already infected will become symptomatics during the 2 weeks.

    Hmm so I have to buy Vit E. I'm taking 6 different supplements a day already

    This makes sense naman live and eat healthy

    Malilinis yan yung nakakain na variety.

    And you boil lahat yan sa clay or pyrex pot. No metal or plastic.

    Good thing my wife eats her lunch on her desk at the office. She also doesn't put down her mask. Kahit kassms nga BFF nya naka mask at face shield pa rin sya. Minsan nga na offend yung BFF nya. Hehe. But you can never be too careful.

    All courts in NCR area will be on lockdown for 2 weeks...

    All courts in NCR physically closed Aug. 3 to Aug. 14 -- SC | Inquirer News

    “Due to reported surge in COVID-19 cases, the Court en banc has provided the following guidelines in the operation of the courts form 3-14 August 2020,” the High Court issued in an Administrative Circular No. 42-2020.

    “Unless herein provided, all courts in the National Capital Judicial Region and those areas in under enhanced community quarantine or modified enhanced community quarantine shall be physically closed to all court users,” it added.

    It added that the raffle of cases in all courts shall proceed electronically or through videoconferencing.
