Saw in tao ke group someone is offering the following vaccine:

fluarix tetra (influenza) vaccine
pcv 13 (prevnar) lifetime pneumococcal vaccine
ppsv 23 (pneumovax) incoming supply- for reservation

Are this essential for us to at least help prevent covid-19?

these are for other illnesses, po.
but these illnesses do have similar presentations as covid 19.
methinks the recommendation for their vaccination, is to prevent the person from coming down with any of these illnesses.
their symptoms are similar to covid's, and that can present problems in management.
also, some writers believe preventing these other illnesses now, keeps the strength of the body up, to better fight covid.

will i recommend them to you?
even without covid, my generic answer would be a yes. "it is nice to be immune from some illnesses." i take the flu vaccine, myself. hassle magkasakit.

^ ako din doc i shoot myself up (parang cocaine lang haha) w/ the flu vaccine annually. all of us in the immediate family actually do.

taking the flu shots annually for us is like a civic duty na din of sorts, not just to avoid being sick ourselves, but also to help curtail the spread of the influenza virus.

pero ako lang din ata ang nag take last year ng hep b vaccine. because i do go out a lot (prior to the plague) and extra precaution na din.

i think the hpv vaccine is also a good precaution for those who are "extroverts", especially when things go back to "normal" (i'm being an extreme optimist to use the word "normal" post covid 19). mahirap na matulad kay michael douglas.

wow that actually made the news kagabi. priorities aside actually I don't mind if they get investigated. i've had a few parcels get unexpectedly cancelled by them pero on route na already. kapag tinawagan mo naman ang handling office nila concerned no one ever answers.

In that meeting, Duterte has shown to the public that he is tired. In reciprocity, he must know the public is also tired with his midnight airing of public addresses and on-the-deadline announcement of quarantine protocols. His rants and lack of concrete plans are also tiring and tiresome.
