he acknowledged mabagal ang increase
pero ung flat gusto niya literal na flat

Uls is correct na hinde na over stretched mga hospitals natin while his friend is also correct na hinde pa talaga na flatten yun curve in true meaning of curve flattening. Kahit naman anong sino tumingin doon sa table talaga naman hinde pa flat.
