    Metro Manila mayors are gonna meet tomorrow. I find it hard also if ECQ and GCQ will be implemented in areas around Metro Manila it will be surely be hard to control the crowd going in and out.

    What I know is washing hands will breakdown the lipids holding the virus. It will disengage the virus and it will be dead instantly.... same with applying 70% isopropyl alcohol afaik.

    Yes. I know that washing hands with soap and water is still the best pero pag nasa labas ang it's not readily available. Sana nga alcohol is enough.

    Kasi usually different city home and work pero ano kaya mangyayari sa businesses. Malaki tulong ng private sector kasi wala pa naman anarchy from hunger.

    a US vaccine can help him win

    it's his admin right now the FDA is under him

    FDA is the approver

    Biden doesn't have that kind of influence now
