and we have a constant number of Y beds or healthcare facilities,
as long as X is less than Y, the curve is flattened, because facilities outnumber demand.

the "manipulation" part, is determining what number the X is.
is X all the cases positive?
is X just the symptomatic?
is X symptomatic + asymptomatic?
is X those who need urgent medical care ?

so if you got infected and developed severe symptoms meron available na ICU para sayo

what's scary is,
i stand a significant chance of getting sick and perishing.

while some folks scrutinize those curves,
i keep seeing the morbidity-mortality numbers.

as our ethics teacher said,
