o ayan
something i've been saying all night last night
you keep the curve below healthcare capacity line
how?
1 -- make people stay home to avoid getting sick to avoid ending up in the hospital
2 -- increase healthcare capacity by putting beds in stadiums and exhibition halls
by raising the horizontal line (healthcare capacity line) you keep the curve under the line
kaya parin ng healthcare system kahit dumami ang kailangan mag pa-ospital

So how do you increase healthcare system capacity?
you turn stadiums and exhibition halls into temporary hospitals
you dedicate entire hospitals for covid
hire more HCWs, supply more PPE, supply more ventilators
you raise that horizontal line as high as you can so you can handle the influx of patients
that way you can keep the number of deaths down coz everyone that needs a bed gets a bed

Philippines now ready for consequences of lifting ECQ by May 15 -Salceda | News | GMA News Online
"At this time, I am prepared, with a lot of trembling inside, thunder and lightning outside, to say that we are more ready for the consequences of a reopening even as we await a vaccine possibly in 2021 than the impacts of another hard lockdown as we know it," he said.
"Human behavior in our institutions and in the public has begun to be more prepared for the ups and downs of an epidemic," he added.
But while he is confident that the country is now prepared to finally lift the ECQ, Salceda is hoping that the government will be brave enough to face possible episodic spikes in COVID-19 cases and not fall for a costly unplanned lockdown.
Localized lockdowns may be made, he added, but they should be "LGU-managed not barangay-directed."

coz when i learn something new i try to understand it to the point i can break it down and explain it in tagalog
this isn't trying to pass an exam where you memorize something word for word para lang makapasa sa exam kahit di mo naintindihan ang minemorize mo
that's not my learning style
