oo nga. though buti may cctv clearly showing na stop dapat yung motor at the time of the impact. kita rin naman kung gaano kabagal yung pagtawid ng car sa intersection. pero kahit maclear sya dun, for sure, di sya babayaran sa damage sa auto niya.

Hindi siya new law, lina et al ammended some provision sa last clear chance favouring small vehicles especially motorcycles. Andon lahat sa guidelines kung ano responsibility ng 4 wheel drivers sa naka aksidenteng motor, especially hospitalization if requested. Basically hindi na defence yung right of way. May kopya nyan sa QC DTE Station 6.

Kaya kung may unavoidal accident to happen ako between a motorcycle and a car, yung car ang banggain ko.
