A driver maybe forgot or didn't locked his vehicle properly. A 2 years old and a 3 years nakapasok sa loob ng kotse. Apparently they don't know how to get out. Nung bumalik driver 2pm, after 5 hours eh may patay na 2 bata sa loob.

The family is blaming the driver dahil hindi daw nya ni lock sasakyan nya. The social media is blaming the parents dahil ano nga naman ginagawa ng 2 toddler palaboy-laboy sa labas ng bahay ng walang bantay. And the parent only looked for their kids after one hour of being missing.

I saw this accident kanina, driver looks like a teenager. Umuusok pa lang yung hood nung napadaan kami. Maswerte yung driver maraming tumulong kaagad na alisin sya sa loob kung hindi nasunog na rin sya.

so i wonder, sasagutin kaya nang insurance ito? logically thinking kasi, i find it difficult not to blame the driver who parked the car there...
