I see Lina being brought up every time there's an accident between a 2- and 4-wheeler. What exactly is that law?

All I can find is the Lina Law regarding eviction of squatters.

Hindi siya new law, lina et al ammended some provision sa last clear chance favouring small vehicles especially motorcycles. Andon lahat sa guidelines kung ano responsibility ng 4 wheel drivers sa naka aksidenteng motor, especially hospitalization if requested. Basically hindi na defence yung right of way. May kopya nyan sa QC DTE Station 6.

Kaya kung may unavoidal accident to happen ako between a motorcycle and a car, yung car ang banggain ko.

that’s probably an administrative guideline rather than a law passed by congress. unless the text of it can be reproduced here for better understanding
