yes, there are freshly-molted crabs.
but i am dreaming crabs whose shells never harden and remain soft and deliciously easily edible thruout their lives...

Striploin from Bolzico Beef

I cooked a second batch of tenderloin from Santi’s, di ko napicturan but it’s actually tastier and juicier. Although that’s expected since mas mura Bolzico.
