Nobody eats shrimp heads in the house but me, unfortunately I developed an allergy to it, so for cats na sya, tinatyaga ko lang himayin ang utak at konting meat, sayang naman kung itatapon lang.
Same with crab aligi, ako din lang kumakain, kaso tinigilan ko na rin. Kaya we always pick male crabs.
Siguro "fake" version luto ko. I used coconut cream and added a small amount of honey.
My curry is usually timplang Pinoy. I add coconut cream and this tikka masala eh mild lang. Naalala ko dati may nag luto ng curry na sobra yata sa curry, I didn't like the smell. Hindi ko rin ko rin kinain.
try nyo to.. ever since natikman ko to.. yan na parati ginagamit ko.. it's more of japanese curry.. very close sa Coco Ichibanya curry.. not Indian Curry..
gigisa ka lang bawang sibuyas kamatis.. then yung meat.. pag malambot na meat.. add potato, carrots, then add na yung curry paste.. then pag kulo.. done na..

tinamad magluto.. kaya umorder na lang.. not bad 1100 for 1.4kgs cooked... pumayag pa na 2 flavor..
