    Mine is oven grilled. Masarap sana sa charcoal. Nakabili ako 250p per kilo sa talipapa. I don't know the price in the supermarkets, 500p+ maybe?

    i got mine, yung salmon pan grilled with black pepper/salt/olive oil combo lang. gustong-gusto ni wifey yon.

    Definitely mga ganon sa supermarket, kaya na miss ko ang dating neighborhood namin, may nearby talipapa na nagbebenta ng seafood na reasonable ang prices. Ang maganda pa sa talipapa, mas sariwa kaysa supermarket.

    I've been cooking since grade school kasi ako assistant ng Dad ko sa kitchen. My Dad always cooks Sunday lunch kasi. I kinda lost interest in cooking in my 30s. Most of what I cook wala akong recipe, puro tansta. Pero recently natutuwa ako sa youtube, pag madali I try the recipes there

    BTT: Lumpiang Ubod. I always order this sa resto kasi wala may alam magluto ng balat/crepe. I tried it today and I was so happy that the balat/crepe turned out good!

    Banana Cake. Medyo Fail because the center was not cooked. Apparently the bananas I used should be more over ripe pa
