Tuna Pasta. My Tita really liked it and asked for the recipeMy Mom said when we have a party at home I should make that again. I tweaked my old recipe a little and added the toppings I learned at Simpol (love Chef Tatung!!!) and it made such a difference
Beef sinigang. Currently cooking the beef on pressure cooker for 50 minutes for a very soft meat. This is the most boring part.[emoji23]

for every 100 grams, u need 1 cup oil, any oil.. i used palm oil..
1. wash the chilis and remove the stem part
2. in your blender, combine chilis, oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp lea perrins, 2 tbsp vinegar
3. in a non stick pan, saute 4 garlic cloves and 1 small onion, add 2 tbsp patis, then add chili / oil mixture
4. cook for 30 mins in low heat, stirring occasionally
5. add 1 chicken cube, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cook for another 10 mins
6. add 2 tbsp sugar and cook for another 10 mins
7. turn off heat and let it cool and transfer to bottles
*if you want it to be chili garlic sauce, add 3 whole garlic heads in the blender
