oo kumbaga gugulatin mo lang kaya maganda may wok ba bagay sa high heat. basta na prepare maayos lamas sa asin at hugas ayos finish product[emoji106]
sa adobo, sa huli lagay ng suka pag ok na lambot at ayos na sabaw, pag sumara na kulo pwede na halo tapos tikman mo add na lang o bawas next time

Si crush hindi marunong magluto. He isn't into food nga. Somehow I always end up with men like that. Even my exs puro mga health buffs who only eat for nourishment not enjoyment. Masarap kasama yung malakas kumain at magaling magluto hahaha. A big appetite is so manly!

Would like to compliment your cooking din.
Although there are at least 3 main ingredients, none is under or overcooked.
This is what I usually struggle with, coz I usually get the taste right naman.
Like this pinakbet of mine earlier.
Medyo undercooked yung ibang sitaw, at overcooked naman talong at ampalaya.
