Haven't thought of that kapag andaming natitirang sabaw at gulay sa binibili kong kare-kare.
Better siguro kung yung mas tuyo (dry) na pork binagoongan, yung konti lang ang sabaw.
Yung isang binibilhan ko naman ang bagoong eh ulam na rin sa dami ng karneng kasama.

Kapag bumibili ako ng bicol express, isinasabay ko na rin ang laing or pakbet.
Usually kasi yung laing kokonti lang ang laman na karne.
Yung bicol express naman mostly puro karne.

Looks like Le Creuset. It's pricey but it goes on sale and have outlet stores so even middle class can buy it. There's a chef I watch at youtube and he has a whole collection of it. Nakakatuwa yung colors

minsan kasi doc malaki ang effect ng tools/container sa lasa. For example, when we cook sinaing na tulingan, it's always with a clay pot. I HATE eating using plastic utensils and plates. Also, I don't like plastic containers kaya our drinking water is transferred to a glass container kasi I feel like water absorbs the plastic. Even my lunch at work, kahit mabigat, it's on glass containers. I also have a glass pitcher at work

some of the more delicious meals i remember,
were cooked in a clay pot over a kalan fueled by firewood.
it was a coughable cooking experience, but the smoked taste was very good.

This is good, the bite is similar to Johnsonville's, this will be my Hungarian sausage for now, can't find any regular sized ones that Cathy might be referring to.
