There's a dish I learned at Zambales, ginataang alimasag with labong, okra and saluyot. You can add more vegetables, or replace the crab with fried fish or shrimp, but the gata, okra and saluyot are the best combination for me.
Chop suey, natakam ako sa mga nag luto nito dito.
But instead of soy sauce and oyster sauce I used this. Mas masarap sya, para syang soy sauce pero iba lasa. My wife and daughter use this. I asked my daughter ano tawag dito, it's Japanese so hindi ko maalala. Update, according to Google lens it's called mentsuyu.

Hassle nga lang din pag tumatambak na utensils mo kelangan hugasan after magluto.
But I might still try that until ma-perfect ko yung sequence at timing ng mga veggies.
