    apparently, as storeyteller says,
they were probably looking for hostages, but didn't know where the vitals of the EV's propulsion systems were, and were thus aiming at the wrong locations.
my point was, if all they wanted was to kill the driver, they would have aimed at the driver.

What caused the Luton Airport fire and what happens next? - BBC News

Wow 1500 cars burned down in a London airport carpark. Seems like it may have been caused by a hybrid battery failure according to AutoExpert.

ito mga companies, government vehicles eh papalitan ng electric vehicles. So maganda ito kasi usually puro diesel fleets yan. So start na to remove diesel.

    actually,
because of diesel's unfavorable price vis a vis unleaded,
and because my muscles and bones are not as healthy as yesterdecades ago,
i now drive the altis as my daily.
and once i get rid of the fungus in the neglected wigo,
mag-wi-wigo na ako as my coding car, and semi-retire the innova.

    so kkags!
mag-suot ako ng green sport shirt and original stan smith.
    ano kulay mo?

i want that too! but they're currently overpriced, same way the dolphin was before the price drop. i expect a huge price drop when the competition heats up. also base model isn't available in PH yet so that'll be even cheaper.

prepare for the china ev invasion. i'm definitely getting one in the next 2 yrs

right now, the nissan kicks e power is attractive to me.
a couple of colleagues have had theirs for over a year now, and are loving it.

yeah i test drove one a few weeks back. good acceleration. but way too complicated (ice + electric). i'd definitely pick the dolphin over the kicks

What turns me off is the lack of a space tire. And if you do choose to purchase one, you would have to sacrifice a little bit of trunk space for it -- everyday. I did test-drive one and it seems fantastic for the price.

However, the new P1.4M MG 4 EV is looking like a better buy: less moving parts and a newer, more modern design.

yes, the lack of a spare tyre is a bummer...
i was wondering, can i get a generic donut spare and fabricate a housing of some sort, and make it patong behind the last row?
    heh heh.

some months ago, i saw this video of a tesla owner whose car had died of power, asking for a ride to the gas station.
he needed gas to run the portable generator he lugs along, to charge his car so's he can go home.
    heh heh.

Use run flat tires nalang if no space for a spare tire.
