I got my unit at Toyota North Edsa.

Gud day everyone. i'm a newbie here in tsikot. Actually we'd ordered an innova G d4d matic and it will arrive this coming wednesday. may nakausap akong sales rep sa toyota balintawak to inquire about hard/failed starting, choking, etc. sabi naman sakin nung sales rep e dun daw yun sa mga early release nilang innova but i'm 80% convinced that the sales rep is lying ofcourse to protect the credibility of their product. Nung una nga cnabi nung SR na wala daw nag sosole or nagrereklamo sa innova d4d nila but when I cited na may "fren" ako na nagpaservice sa kanila at pang 12th cya na may ganung poblema (hard/failed starting, choking, etc.) e umamin din yung SR at cnabi nalang nya na sa mga early released unit lng daw yung problem na yun at kinorek na daw ng toyota lahat ng innova d4d to avoid such cases. But i'm hoping na totoo rin yung cnabi nung SR kc parating na unit namin nx wik....
Anu ba Suggestions nyo mga kaibigan?? I-cancel na ba namin yung unit?? O still go for it and magtiwala sa SR??

To all using Biodiesel or Coco Diesel to thier Innova or D4d engine, jimmy of toyta QA said dont use Biodiesel toyota japan still testing if is compatible wd D4d engine.
They may not honor your warranty if the cause of trouble is Biodiesel.
We have to be safe. Me im not using biodiesel and yet i have a problem wd my Innova.

My agent reminded me about her offer but im not crazy to go into that, after all my experience with D4d. I really hate D4d

makukuha ko na uli yung innova g a/t ko na iniwan ko sa toyota quezon ave for repairs (insurance claim) sa bumper.. pinasabay ko na rin ang pagpapakabit ng spoiler... pinapasabay ko rin yung 5,000kms (change oil ) i presume.. but then ang sabi sa akin ng service advisor ay since nung 1,000kms eh synthetic oil ang pinalagay ko... hindi na daw kailangan palitan nitong 5,000.... tama po ba yun?

nung ranger (ford) kasi ang hawak ko nun.. every 2,500 kms pa nga ako nagpapalit ng langis nun especially nung 1st year.. ngayon lang ako nakarinig na di na kailangan palit langis kasi synthetic...

pls confirm kung accurate nga ito.. tnx

mabait yung casa na napuntahan mo, yes, you can skip the 5,000km PMS kung fully synthetic po gamit ninyo..

just today i visited Toyota Makati for my revo 25K PMS, naka Mobil-1 na ako nung 20K PMS, sabi nila eh ok lang daw skip yung 25K PMS dahil minor lang gagawin and hind mavo-void yung 3 yrs warranty, ang important daw eh yung PMS na every 10T Kms..

kasi last week eh dumaan ako sa toyota manila bay, gusto nila mag 25K pms ako sa kanila... pero hindi na nila papalitan ang oil and oil filter.. pero yung labor na 25K PMS na 440php eh same price pa din.. tsk tsk..

Sabi naman kc nung Sales Agent nung kinonfront ko cya regarding the d4d engine faults specifically Innova's she replied na yung mga early release units lng daw ang may ganung poblema and they've already taken corrective actions by calibrating/modifyng all the new Innova D4D before making it available to their costumers. So what do you think?? Should I go for innova or not??

SR would normally "give you the world" just to sell their products, it is really up to the buyer to balance the pros and cons of the item they are planning to purchase. If you have faith in the company who makes the product and what you know about it, then go for it. But if what you have researched and read makes you feel uneasy then think twice before purchasing it. Remember once bought you are stuck with it until you decide to sell it for a much lower price just to get rid of it.
