guys,

i just received the recall letter from toyota quezon ave - for the rear axle shaft. scheduled na ako for service this saturday. 6 hours daw gagawin kaya 7.30am pa lang dapat nakapasok na sa service bay yung car.

btw, my brother's innova is 2005 D4D G M/T bought last May 2005.

what year/month you got your ride? was your brod iinova also had rear axle replaced?

Mine is Feb 2005 and not included in the recall...

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the medium silver color. Its like they mixed light green and silver, to make it.

Either light green and flaxen are good choices. The only downside (that is if this bother you) is that these two colors are also available for the lower variant "E".

mine is light green Vvti G variant... okey naman kulay nya... kapag malayo ka sa biglang tingin parang silver... tanungin mo na lang kids mo kung ano gusto nila kulay aside from original choice and sabi mo nga eager na silang magkameron...

mine is medium/dark silver which is new color for 2007 model, the color is just ok for me and plus not easy to get dirty by the look.

flaxen --> no stock daw or u need to wait few weeks.

i got mine after 3 days i ordered
actually i could get the car in the afternoon of the day i reserved.
but i didnt wana make it so hurry.

fuel efficiency?...if you frequently use slex/nlex as your daily routine the diff is not much...but for city driving where stop and go is almost everywhere same as in provincial road single lane each side and overtaking is oftenly better you choose m/t...you can get 1-3 km/l more depend on you driving habit...

SHARE KO LNG,yung akin AT G DIESEL,umilaw yung malfuction na ilaw yung orange tapos di maka arangkada sumunod namatayan ako,mabuti na lng umistart ulit,dinala ko sa casa manila bay electrical daw,wednesday pa hanggang this friday di pa makita sira ewan, ko bukas kung nakita na.papunta ako casa walang nangyari di naman umilaw yung orange.

MAY NAKA ENCOUNTER NA BA SA INYO NANG GANYAN.?MATULUNGAN KO NAMAN CLA SA HANAPIN ANG SIRA.OK LNG BA KUNG PULL OUT KO NA BUKAS HINTAYIN KO NA LNG LUMALA?SUGGEST NAMAN MGA BRO.

i'm not sure, from this thread who owns vvti engine a/t 8-10...m/t 10-11 both are mixed city and highways...

Mine is Flaxen G Gas MT. My original choice was medium silver but my agent advised me that that color was a special color requiring mixing of several colors, which might pose problems when repainting.

According to him, the new colors exclusive to the G and V variants and not available for the lower E and J variants, are black, medium silver and flaxen. But I think (I may be mistaken) a flaxe E just yesterday so I'm not sure about flaxen anymore.

Am a newbie here although a frequent reader. Planning to get an innova and i was wondering where did you get your innova? and who is your agent? Ok kc yun discount. Planning to get a G d4d a/t. Ask ko na din if any of you guys had your seats upholstered? how long does it take to have it upholstered and how much? Is it better if i have it done inside the casa or have it done outside? Kung outside who can you recommend? I like the upholstered seat in the V series kc but the problem is i need to seat 7 people and hindi kasya sa V series. Sorry kung maraming tanong. TIA

got mine from toyota alabang. walk in lang ako. that was the promo back in october. libre pa pala LTO noon 3 years reg 7.5K

thanks guys for your opinion re color of innova. latest update is that no stock for innova g mt for colors flaxen and medium silver. we tried calling other dealers even in mindanao, marihap daw maghanap ng variant G vvti m/t sa ngayon.

I ordered my unit yesterday black innova g a/t according to my agent innova g will be available next month. kaasar! lahat ba ng dealer walang G? or dun lang sa dealer ko.

tire pressure 34 psi, 235/70/18 walang sabit if you turn left/right.
ok ba talaga ang nitrogen?

I already posted a similar error - malfunction lamp -, d ko alam kung sa D4D thread. Bast EGR ung error nung unit ko. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve. In my experience, hindi naman ako namatayan ng makina or humina ang hatak. The said device is specifically for sensing or detecting na madumi na ung EGR valve. Actually, madali lang shang tanggalin tapos pwedeng linisan. since under warranty pa nman unit ko, pinalitan shempre nila ung valve.

THe malfunction lamp must correspond to a specific error using the OBD device of Toyota. So parang imposible na hindi agad nila ma-pinpoint yung error. Basta umilaw yun, naka-save yung data sa ECU ng unit natin basta hindi mawawalan ng connection sa battery.
