Nginig pag nag-on ng aircon

Gud day to all!!!
Just want some advice what to do with my toyota corolla xl '97 big body, when i turn on the a/c the car shakes and then suddenly car stops, i-start ko uli at mag-rev ng mag-rev brfore i-turn on uli yung a/c.
Ano kayang most probable problem ng kotse??? Hope you all can help.

Ask ko lang din po what is the cause? Coz I also have the same nginig pag nag-on yung aircon pero di naman po siya namamatay, but tumataas ang RPM ko from 1 nagiging 1.5rpm po tapos bababa ulit to 1.
