    i suspect, that is what the paper meant.

    but the way it was written...
    the possibilities are endless and potentially hilarious.

    i mean, i would expect better command of the english language from these educated scientists and the publication's proofreaders.

    but reading the original article, it is obvious that the third paragraph was dependent on the person having read the second paragraph, for it to make sense.

    ^ i can't download myfitnesspal app where i amTsikot Fitness and Gym Thread i installed a similar free app "Lose It" instead, so far ok naman to track the daily macros. not sure how accurate it is pero i can log naman the equivalent calories ng mga kinakain ko and mga ehersisyo. i never been too OC with what i eat until now, pati back label ng binibiling pagkain binubusisi na rinTsikot Fitness and Gym ThreadTsikot Fitness and Gym Thread

    I used to do tabata before cooling down after intense weight training.
