Do jack knife too!
If you have TRX, do jack knife alternate it with pike V ups.

i do mostly cardio now, stationary bike that we have in the house, climbing up & down stairs (3 flrs, about 75 steps), the common calisthenics/push ups/pull ups, more than enough to break a good sweat and maintain my weight but i really missed pumping irons in the gym

deym! really miss the gym, my maskels are aching for some good pumping. ganda na ng start ko, naudlot pa. i'm not bulking or gaining extra weight though, maintain lang timbang. and yes, the deads, rows, the pull-ups and the squats...
