    I can relate to this.

    You can only do so much in a home gym.

    I’m waiting for the GNC or any other supplement outlets to open.

    i do mostly cardio now, stationary bike that we have in the house, climbing up & down stairs (3 flrs, about 75 steps), the common calisthenics/push ups/pull ups, more than enough to break a good sweat and maintain my weight but i really missed pumping irons in the gymTsikot Fitness and Gym ThreadTsikot Fitness and Gym Thread
