    Its easy, i use it for glycogen depletion, before a no carb diet, all exercises are non stop

    Bench pressx10reps
    Deadliftx10
    Legpressx10
    Push pressx10
    Farmers walk(3x around the gym) i use just 2 50lb dumbells
    Seated calf raisesx10

    This is considered a set, you need to do 10 set, less than 45 mins you have burned around 700-1000 calories

    for me i stick to what i love to do. been running mostly PPL for the past 3 years. if i hit plateau, i just deload/rest a week and start 80% of my 1RM and run it for another 12 weeks. deload/rest for a week. if i get bored i just change the accessories but the compounds remain. rinse and repeat.

    happy with what i see in the mirror.

    just did legs and a little recovery pushups at 30reps at 30 secs for 4 sets....hungry again, off to uptown mall for a lunch date...
