August 30th, 2016 12:12 AM #1032for me i stick to what i love to do. been running mostly PPL for the past 3 years. if i hit plateau, i just deload/rest a week and start 80% of my 1RM and run it for another 12 weeks. deload/rest for a week. if i get bored i just change the accessories but the compounds remain. rinse and repeat.
happy with what i see in the mirror.
