yes, been doing those and pull ups too. got a yoga mat, i do my sit ups, planks, leg raises, burpees etc. with it while tabata songs playing in the background[emoji4]
nope, nasa overseas pa bro. yung hotel na tinitirhan namin previously kami2x lang ng ibang pinoy, but then last week nag-accept ng ibang guests. ayun may iba na gumagamit nung gym. then may nag-inspect from their health dept, pinasara yung gym at pool.

i do mostly cardio now, stationary bike that we have in the house, climbing up & down stairs (3 flrs, about 75 steps), the common calisthenics/push ups/pull ups, more than enough to break a good sweat and maintain my weight but i really missed pumping irons in the gym[emoji123][emoji39]
