    i planned to do cardio but ended up working my back[emoji85]

    btw, i'm able to get a recovery drink. not the exact ON you mentioned (not available where i am) but same pre/intra/post drink. indeed, a refreshing treat in between lifts[emoji39]

    yes, been doing those and pull ups too. got a yoga mat, i do my sit ups, planks, leg raises, burpees etc. with it while tabata songs playing in the background[emoji4]

    nope, nasa overseas pa bro. yung hotel na tinitirhan namin previously kami2x lang ng ibang pinoy, but then last week nag-accept ng ibang guests. ayun may iba na gumagamit nung gym. then may nag-inspect from their health dept, pinasara yung gym at pool.

    I can relate to this.

    You can only do so much in a home gym.

    i do mostly cardio now, stationary bike that we have in the house, climbing up & down stairs (3 flrs, about 75 steps), the common calisthenics/push ups/pull ups, more than enough to break a good sweat and maintain my weight but i really missed pumping irons in the gym[emoji123][emoji39]

    Last week's job drained me but the restful days really helped muscle recovery.

    deym! really miss the gym, my maskels are aching for some good pumping[emoji123]. ganda na ng start ko, naudlot pa. i'm not bulking or gaining extra weight though, maintain lang timbang. and yes, the deads, rows, the pull-ups and the squats...
