everyday except sunday. at yun buhat ko yun tipong para ng walang bukas. after-workout banggag na ako... hehehhe...
pag-may gusto ng supplements (whey protein, meal replacement, creatine, nitric oxide no2, or fat burners) message me. ako na pinakamura dito sa pinas... hehehe
low carb and high protein ako kasi i'm trying to lean down na. panget kasi ang massive, mukha kang mataba and hindi maganda bagsak ng damit. kayo todo cardio talaga ako on my cardio days.

Start ako South Beach today, so far ok naman, no craving for carbs and sweets (although never naman ako masyado mahilig sa sweets)..
Supplements ko Revicon lang at calcium hehe. Chromium Picolonate din nga pala.

20min rowing, 70watt average, 4000 meters.
20min biking, 100rpm, effort 3...
Salamat natapos din :P 2x a week ako cardio, 2x a week weights (once a week per set of body parts), medyo mabilis ako mag overtrain, bilis magplateau kung kulang rest periods in between.
Just a question for you buff maniacs. For example you missed on your Monday regime on chest, would you do it inplace of your biceps/triceps on Tuesday? Or just pass over it until next Monday?
will do chest instead of scheduled body part. that's why i only workout thrice a week. i have four days to make-up for what i miss and won't feel like i'm cheating myself.
