    monday & wed - abs, chest, legs
    tues & thurs - bi , tri , delts

    wala muna back.

    sometimes MMA sa lifestyle gym.

    Just a question for you buff maniacs. For example you missed on your Monday regime on chest, would you do it inplace of your biceps/triceps on Tuesday? Or just pass over it until next Monday?

    will do chest instead of scheduled body part. that's why i only workout thrice a week. i have four days to make-up for what i miss and won't feel like i'm cheating myself.

    Depende pre, pero kung yun ang sched mo talaga it'll be better kung iurong mo buong workout sched mo, meaning, go with the chest sa Tuesday then move the arms to the next.

    Also, mas ok din kung isasama mo ang auxillary bodyparts sa workout ng main body parts, meaning, when you work on your chest, you also work on your shoulders (front deltoids) and tricep quite a bit. It'll make more sense and more efficient if you work on your triceps on the same day, otherwise, your tri's will not have ample time recovering from the stress and mahahamper ang growth or strength development nya.

    ako depende sa feel. pwedeng skip para next week or move 1 day backwards para sa missed muscle group. pero parang di complete araw ko pag walang gym kaya bihira ako mag-absent don! daig pa yung sa office eh noh? :lol:

    Hehe, ganun din ako dati, overtrain ako, bilis mag plateau... Laking nagagain sa strength and muscle gain pag mahaba rest.
