So to expect them to change their ways para makabuti for everybody. It's futile.

Metro Manila modified lockdown slowed COVID-19 transmission: analyst | ABS-CBN News

For me downgrade na ulit after August 18 to GCQ but keep the police forces on the street.

Independent of geographic location. Parang time slot ni Master Showman dati.

the people around have lessened since MECQ was imposed but you can still see quite a few people out and about in the streets lurking. If you are in metro manila just try driving pass some of the depressed areas of the metro or the usual busy intersection streets.

Kailangan pa nilang mag 2-weeks MECQ just to produce a blueprint ?

the daily rate is 373 pesos.
and the deductions (sss, philhealth, pagibig) are monthly or once a month only.
minimum wage in the rural areas is lower than minimum wage in ncr.
and as the mom says, "no patient, no pay". they're probably not regular employees, kasi.
    the take-home for a 24-workday month is about 9,621.
