I spend 9-10 hours in the office. I’ve been going to the office since April after a month when ECQ was implemented. It’s a semiconductor manufacturing site.

Saw a documentary about a doctor on a province, forgot the province pero nasa North sya. They only have 4 doctors in the province, and December 2019 pa lang alam yung Covid-19. January nagsisimula na sya mag trace ng mga umuuwing OFW sa kanila. With help of LGU, nag-te-trace sila using tsismosas. Kung sino mga bagong uwing OFW, kung sino may sakit. I forgot kung 0 case pa sila or 0 active case sila now. Pero kasama sila sa iilang City na 0.

I must say I can still taste fresh lemon juice and salabat. Maasim and maanghang pa rin sa panlasa. The rest tastes bland or walang lasa.

Ok thanks, I'm using kamilosan spray kasi right now. Mas effective sya sa gargle dahil may limit ang abot ng gargle. Unlike spray na pede lunukin hit talaga spot ng sore throat.
I'll try betadine throat spray.

See if you can get a bottle of oral povidone iodine, aka Betadine gargle. There's been a lot of studies recently on its effectiveness in deactivating sars-cov2 on the upper respiratory tract. It's not a cure, but might help managing your symptoms, and can be a preventive measure for your family as well.

Or you can try orahex, meron isang klase with alcohol, nung lockdown medyo kumati throat ko, I gargle with it and after a day nawala.

COVID-19 wards at PGH in full capacity as more hospital workers catch coronavirus

The Philippine General Hospital said Thursday its COVID-19 wards, including the intensive care unit, have already reached capacity.

“As of now we have 211 patients admitted for COVID. That has surpassed our set limit of 210 beds for them,” Dr. Jonas del Rosario, PGH spokesman told CNN Philippines’ New Day.
