doon tayo sa specific -- dapat ang dinidetect niya SARCOV2 antibodies only

if it's not specific enough it might pick up antibodies to other coronaviruses

I see. I just felt that we don't have the perfect test yet because of this very elusive covid virus. Very good at hiding the virus will either take a nap or showup giving doctors hard time.

I wonder what will be my swab results for today? It’s my 14th day since last contact from a positive and 8th day since the first symptoms showed up. I lost my sense of taste and smell a few days ago but sense of taste is slowly going back. Sense of smell still not coming back, I could not smell a damn thing of the perfume earlier.

If results will turn out positive, after how many days do you wait to get a second swab to know if you’re already negative?

The only consuelo right now is that my wife’s HMO is covering the swab testing for both of us which cost 8.5k/swab here in a private hospital at Cavite.

We’ll see if HMO will cover succeeding swabs if result is positive for this one.
