How did he travel to the test site? Did he ride with anyone else? Was the test site indoors? While he probably got it from there, getting it from food and handling other contaminated items is be possible.

That's why I want to know how the swabbers keep the next person safe. Does the swabbing create aerosols? If it does, multiple swabbing in an indoor area may not be safe. Maybe the doctors here can answer.

he has his own car and he has free use of a company car and driver. He works for a Big Chinese Multinational company. i didn't ask thou on too much specifics about the test procedures but he is a bit convinced it is where he may have gotten it thou not sure if during the test or during the time going in and out of the office where he might have interacted with someone.
Although there is still a possibility of getting it somewhere or from someone else other than the office covid test. i will try to clarify it once he is out of the hospital.

I’ve been questioning these testing centers from the start. Specially mga shielded kiosks with the rubber gloves hanging out the shields/barriers. Looks like they are only for the protection of the health worker administering the tests, and no protection for the persons being tested.

That is also his thinking. medyo madami yata nag pa test and yun ang kutob niya na either yung nag test sa kanya or sa dami nang tao baka may nag linger na virus.

I was tested positive IgM that was day 0 and experience mild fever on day 1 and swab test was taken on day 6 so the day swab test was taken is critical it may or may not show rna fragments.

DOH COVID-19 CASE BULLETIN #130

As of 4PM today, July 22, 2020, the Department of Health reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 72,269.

A total of 1,594 confirmed cases are reported based on the total tests done by 78 out of 89 current operational labs.

DOH likewise announces 342 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 23,623.

Note:
Of the 6 deaths, 5 (83%) in July and 1 (17%) in June. Deaths were from NCR (2 or 33%), Region 6 (2 or 33%), Region 7 (1 or 17%), and BARMM (1 or 17%).

Eighty-nine (89) duplicates were removed from total case count. These numbers undergo constant cleaning and validation.

That will be hard to know on which day you got infected. My only clue is the 1st day of my mild symptoms and positive IgM isn't it that once you got infected your IgM show up immediately?
