Hinde ba nakakahiya ang national govt? If Manila can afford to offer free mass testing to residents and non-residents alike, hinde magawa ng national yan? Sila meron emergency power nasa kanila mga inutang na pera.

am okay with that as long as tourists will present a Covid-free medical cert from point of origin + mandatory swabbing + 14 days quarantine at government selected areas.
dapat kailangan negative ang result nila at their own cost bago payagan lumabas.

aside from local chinese madami chinaman sa manila chinatown

very likely they're the ones who donated test kits

you need importers with close mainland contacts to source test kits direct from the factory

What is the essence of requiring a barrier in between motorcycle rider? I mean they are already wearing a helmet and a mask to protect them from corona virus and it is an open space so chances of getting infected is slim.

    yep that happens

ngayon madami gumagamit ng rapid test napansin na talaga na medyo frequent ang false positive

kaya rapid test cannot be used to diagnose

guide lang siya if someone needs to get swab test

mistaken interpretation is not the same as false positive.

download the antibody-antigen curves... and be confused!
the first thing one will notice, is "why are there many graphs, each showing slightly different curve patterns?"

when non-knowledgeable folks do the interpretation of the results...
    heh heh.

Interestingly the day I tested positive for IgM I didnt feel anything on that day and the next day I experience mild fever 37.8C and my sense of taste becomes different so I was thinking back then that It could be covid-19.

    Doc

sensya pero ask ko lang if you've ever seen a covid-19 igm/igg test kit cassette?

there are only 3 lines that you need to look at

    control, igm, igg

when both igm and igg lines aren't present and only control line is present that means the test did not detect any antibodies

when both control line and igm line is present that means you need to get swabbed

    yan ang na-experience ni Deestone

According to the news hindi naman mga tourist ang papayagan. Yung mga foreigners na permanent resident dito sa pinas. And yes kailangan may designated swabbing station at quarantine station na sila dito bago dumating.
