the supposed ground zero of the PH.

Theory lang, since maraming mayayaman taga san juan, makati, and pasig, baka sila nagdala ng COVID pag uwi nila from abroad. Diba the muslim guy, came from a religious gathering, tama ba?

Kahit sa ibang bansa except US, sila yung nag dedefy ng lockdown laws.

Sa India may mass gathering of around 3,500 muslim pilgrims and you know what happened next.

Ever since the Corona virus happened, I have friends and family na hindi naman outspoken and don't care for politics, galit na galit sa China. Even my senior Titas panay pasa ng Anti China messages sa FB. They are not clueless naman, mga professionals before retirement

it is very possible, that our own countrymen returning from their trips abroad, were the innocent bringers of covid 19 into the country.

Wrong idea of what flattening the curve meant...

GCQ or ECQ after May 15: Which NCR cities are flattening the curve? | Cover Stories | GMA News Online

obviously the rate of rise in cases is flat but...

The two most populous cities in NCR are far from flattening the curve. Recent data indicates an uptick in the number of cases in Quezon City and Manila.

In part because of its large population, Quezon City currently has the most number of cases and deaths from the disease, with a total of 1,523 confirmed cases, of which 382 patients have recovered and 121 patients have died.

Manila, on the other hand has a total 833 confirmed cases, of which 69 have died and 179 patients have recovered.

Better extend ECQ up to the end of this year if we want to see a flatten curve. [emoji16]

Just to add from Mr. Peter Piot:

“Let’s be clear: Without a coronavirus vaccine, we will never be able to live normally again. The only real exit strategy from this crisis is a vaccine that can be rolled out worldwide. That means producing billions of doses of it, which, in itself, is a huge challenge in terms of manufacturing logistics. And despite the efforts, it is still not even certain that developing a COVID-19 vaccine is possible.”

Since Mr. Piot is one of the discoverers of the deadly Ebola, his testimony is highly regarded [emoji1362]
