Mild sore throat
Mild Cough
Mild runny nose
Headache
Bodyache

Highest temp: 38
Lowest spo2:96

Mild lang kasi hindi naman talaga masakit throat, tsaka yung cough sometimes dry and sometimes my plegm, yung nose naman sometimes lang congested…

Pero headache ang grabe parang may hang over…

Medication prescribed upon consulation prior sa result ng covid test result:
- ventolin enhaler (due to asthma history)
- paracetamol (for headache)
- azithromycin (for cough)
- salt gargle (for sore throat)

It’s my 2nd day today january 10, 2022 and i feel better compared yesterday…

Though I got my booster shot last january 3, 2022…

Betadine throat and nasal spray will help a lot especially sa sore throat and cold.

Yan lang gamot ko aside from paracetamol and brewed black coffee.

Speaking of, kasama yan sa nahkakaubusan, betadine gargle and betadine throat spray. Although Mercury will offer other brands kung meron like vicks nasal spray. Kahit kamilosan nagkaka ubusan.
