Under uncommon, it lists dizziness, loss of appetite, vomiting, oropharyngeal pain, difficulty swallowing, runny nose, constipation, and hypersensitivity. For rare, it lists acute allergic reaction, lethargy, drowsiness, difficulty sleeping, sneezing, nasopharyngitis, nasal congestion, dry throat, influenza, hypoesthesia, limb pain, palpitations, stomach ache, rash, skin and mucous membrane abnormalities, acne, eye pain, ear discomfort, and lymphadenopathy.

Most vaccine are two doses needed for complete vaccination including those procured by the Gov't and LGU. so if they report 25M doses, it will only inoculate 12.5M people in a perfect scenario.

What i know is these vaccines will give the immunity for around 1 year only so that we may need another vaccine shot next year. Similar to the FLU shots. so we really need a lot more than whats reported.
What should be worrying is the expiration dates of the vaccine since we know how slow the government moves. Add to that the reluctant population to get the vaccine baka ma expire yung mga vaccine sa Bodega.

My question, like Dr. D, is anyone in our government keeping count of the vaccine procurements? Eventually, all LGUs will be buying their own supply of vaccines. Syempre sasabihin ng constituents nila, bakit si ganitong city kaya bumili, dapat tayo din. And then the national government also buys vaccines. Sayang lang ang pera if sumobra ang bili.

Another new coronavirus variant found in Japan | The Japan Times

"At the moment, there is no proof showing the new variant found in those from Brazil is high in infectiousness," Takaji Wakita, head of the National Institute of Infectious Diseases (NIID), told a health ministry briefing.

Still, Brazil's Health Ministry said it has been notified by Japanese authorities that the new variant has 12 mutations, one of which is also present in the variants found in the U.K. and South Africa. "It implies a potential higher virus infectiousness," it said.

Of the four travelers who arrived at Tokyo's Haneda Airport on Jan. 2, a man in his 40s had a problem breathing, a woman in her 30s had a headache and sore throat and a teenage male had a fever, while a teenage girl showed no symptoms, the health ministry said.

The four people tested positive for the novel coronavirus in airport quarantine, and the new mutant strain was detected through a detailed examination by the NIID, according to the ministry.

On Monday, Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) Spokesman Chuang Jen-hsiang (莊人祥) announced six new imported cases of COVID-19, bringing the country's total number to 834. The latest cases include three members of an Egyptian family, a Filipino, an Indonesian, and a Taiwanese national.

Each had submitted negative results of tests taken within three days of their flight, and each went directly to their residence to begin quarantine upon arrival in Taiwan.
