you can do the 2'' AALs rear plus the coil spacer up front para lang medyo pantay. two inch up front is all you can do without the upper control arm although i read somewhere may nabibili locally na upper ball joint spacer in case you want to go a little over 2 inches.
That's what I was thinking. Although for the front I'll probably use 1.5" spacers. The Koni HT's seem to be a bit longer than stock so I will probably not be limiting down travel by much. I've tried 2" spacers and there is coil bucket contact. My coil bucket now has dimples, lol. I was hoping the Eibach springs used in the Radflo coilovers could be used to replace the stock springs, would you know if this is possible? Also, would you mind measuring the longest leaf on the AALs? Appreciate it.

I use this truck for hauling and that explains those flattened leaves plus at near 7year age i think it served me well.. I did the rear revolvers because i noticed the sag plus to improve spring rate.. Would those AALs fit the 4x2 axle over leaves? I think with my application those AALs would flatten out in time.. OME 400kg Dakar i guess is still the best for HD applications. You tried considering the airbag suspension?
Stock setup is pretty fun in the twisties, specially with switchbacks. The AALs should fit, and should age better than leaf over axle setups since there is more space between the mounting plate and the chassis. This should give the springs more room to retain their arch. Airbags are expensive hehe. Also more complicated, I think those need a compressor to run?

It's looking like 1.5" spacers and Koni 82-2570 for the front, Deaver 2" AALs and Bilstein 5125 for the rear.

    Attachment 23124

The upper 3 leaves are almost flat. Stubborn me, should've never loaded the rear too much with the extended shackles installed. I plan to replace the front with US made coilovers but a full custom leaf pack for the rear costs too much and the shipping cost for these is a b****.

Way I see it I have 5 options:
    1. 2 or 3 AAL's - maybe the additional springs can save the upper 3 springs. I could remove the 2 overloads on the bottom. Just concerned a bit, AAL's have been known to flatten out with the sagging leaf pack in short period of time.
    2. Medium duty leaf pack from ARB - quality springs but people are divided on the ride quality.
    3. OEM spec 4-leaf pack by US custom spring makers - Ride and capacity is same as stock.
    4. Full progressive 8-leaf pack from US custom spring makers - this is the most expensive option but will give the best ride I am told. No nasty thick overload leaves. Much better riding than stock.
    5. Go local if there are any suppliers.

1 is the cheapest, 2 & 3 cost about the same, and 4 costs 50% more than 2 & 3. Anyone know a good local supplier of leaf springs?

Let this be a lesson to people who want to lift your truck. It's ok to use taller shackles if you don't tow or load much in the tub. But if you do, AAL/custom leaf pack is a much better option in the long term. The stock springs don't have much arch in them brand new to begin with.

Hmmm. Medyo malayo pero worth asking. It may be worth getting the old leaves reset and then add the AALs. Thanks!

Can't help you with the pricing but first thing I would check is the condition of the turbo. I'd check the condition of the fins on the intake side and the XYZ play on the shaft. Also I'd check the condition of the AT fluid. After that it's all the standard things to check and service records.

SUre, if you can wait. My target delivery date is by December or maybe early next year. With the delays at the Manila port and all.

I'm also getting EBC Greenstuff or Yellowstuff pads for the front brakes if anyone's interested. PM me.

    saan makabili neto, maraming salamat.

Warped rotors siguro sir kaya nag vivibrate, have it refaced asap and check tolerance ng thickness para hindi lumaki ang damage. Baka after replacement ng new pads hindi sinunod ang bedding procedure kaya hindi maganda ang lapat ng pads, or.. si manong driver nakasanayan after humataw at nag wewee break, sa gulong umiihi.. Lol.. Possible din hub bearings pero i have'nt heard such issue yet sa D40.

Sa warranty claim dapat establish mo na last-touch job nila at defective kahit consumable part pa, rotors should not warp on normal use.

Pinapalamig lang ni manong driver yung rotors. Wow, mura naman nung kmi. Ok naman performance? Naka ilang kms na yung pads?

    *rzeraus
Better buy a better quality replacement (DBA?

    *jay
Nakalift ba yung sa yo sir? You'll need to lift the front as well kung mag AAL, tataas kasi yung likod by 1"-1.5".

Not sure if they changed the pads (mine's a 2008 model) but here is a pic of the ones on mine:

If the profile is the same they should fit.
