Turns out the shocks weren't topping out, the nuts just weren't tightened enough. I need help, can't find that rubber washer on top of the primary filter. Anyone know where I can buy some?

What nut? The 3 nuts holding the strut on the upper arm or the top hat nut? Nut has built in plastic threadlock or you could use loctite red as substitute.

I used polyurethane rubber for that seal.. Some gasket shops do customize them. Or if you have spare rubber or silicone, just cut out to make the washer then drill the center. Its about the size of 1cent maybe smaller.

This nut holding the shock to the mounting plate. Not really visible from here but it holds the top shock bolt in place.

I think the front is overdone, maybe I can drop it by an inch. Sometimes it looks higher than the rear. A little too much preload on the front spacer anyway.

What do you think? BTW the Koni Heavy Track shocks are great. Even with the added preload up front the ride is still good. With stock height it should be awesome. Can't use it for lifts higher than 1.5" though.

Erh, I'm in the province so no gasket shops here. Will rubber from a tire tube do?

Your rubber seats are out prolly damaged by loose nut.. Its the top hat nut of the strut, its separated by two spacers sandwiched bet shock mounting plate and 2rubber bushings.. Kung loose nga tutunog sya.. Heres some of my suspension parts in my stash.

I think you need to lift the rear and slap in some meatier tyres. [emoji106]

Where do you get your suspension parts? Nisway, Yen and Youngbros didn't have them.

Parang almost 1K/pair.

I'm thinking of shaving the spacer in the front to lower it. Makapal pa kasi tires ko, around 60% left. Trade in is 2K lang daw. If I go higher at the rear I'll need longer shocks.

Guess I'll have to get another set of spacers to be safe. Baka alam mo yung exact leverage ratio ng spacer thickness to ride height?

Eto yung nakuha kong measurements from PRG. Para sa US Frontier nga lang. Should provide a rough guide anyway.

    Lift Spacer thickness
    1/2" 0.25"
    1" 0.5"
    1.3" 0.85"
    1.5" 1"
    2" 1.25"
    2.5" 1.5"

If going with AAL sa rear better sya with longer shocks para di nagtotop out at full droop. Yung Bilstein 5125's the best for the price para sa rear, mura if sourced from 'mericuh. The AAL/Bilstein 5125 combo works. Much nicer ride quality laden or not. Di na kelangan ng airbags, pangako yan. Yung akin standard length Bilstein HDs pero maganda na rin, IMO no need to replace with 5125s.

Yung front naman the thicker the spacer the greater the preload on the coils kaya mas matigas both compression and rebound the taller you go. Personally yung >1" spacer matigas na masyado. Pag taller than 1" spacer kelangan pa ng longer shocks and UCA bump stops.

Sorry to hear bout your experience at NE. Maybe you could try Mantrade? It's in Pasong Tamo.

Tapos na yung added leaves ko sa likod, I posted it some pages back. Yung front na lang ang di pa ako decided kung bababaan ko pa or stay as is. Ang goal ko naman sa lift isn't really to get higher but to improve the ride. Tingin ko a 1" lift (spacer preload/AAL) will give the perfect compromise between ride quality and handling sa corners.

Saka makapal pa sya based don sa tab na visible from outside. I bleed ko kaya?

This is accurate. Got 1.25" spacers, lift is 2".

Your tips are noted bro, will get my hands on maybe next month. Medyo matagal gawin lift lalo na kung solo lang sa garahe, bka pagawa ko nalang if time permits.

Madali lang diy yung brake cleaning, fluid renewal, bleeding, and rear drum parking cable adjustment.

Silicone grease or polybutyl grease w/c is hard to find. Never use petroleum based, lolobo yung goma ng pin hindi na papasok.
