Camber? Try mo servitek Malanday makikita sa computer ang problema. Plus 50kgs setup bumper ka pla bro, bka heavily lifted din kaya siguro stressed suspension?
G clamp or kahit table vise im sure meron ka sa garage, or kelangan lang medyo ingenious sa available tools like bottle jack, sockets bits, plus martilyo.. hehe May specific pressing tool para sa bushings, ive seen one dun sa tools shop na nabanggit ko sayo. I think you can press bearings using that too..
Ideally dapat nag center ang control arms and minimal resistance kaya i find your bushing no problem pa. Kapag umingay na or may play/ wobble saka mo nalang palitan. Dapat lang mapalitan stab links at tierods kung maluwag na bago isalang sa alignment platform. You can order uca online, some 4x4 shops have them by order.. table vise meronkelangan lang ng ibat ibang size ng tube para malaman kung ano yung tama
pansin ko dito pag binibitawan ko steering wheel, unti unti sya liliko pa kanan pero minimal lang yung liko. siguro kung asa 12 o clock yung straight line, mapupunta yun sa 1 o clock. ganon lang.
kanina jinack ko sya. sinubukan ko yung i wiwigle mo yung gulong holding 3 oclock and 9 o clock. wala naman play, sumasabay naman yung tie rod pag winiwiggle ko sya, on both sides yan.
naguguluhan tuloy ako, yung UCA ba dapat lumalaban, or hinde. (passenger side, matigas, kahet anong angat mo or baba mo, steady lang sya. driver side, masunurin, pag binaba mo, bababa sya pero di sya babalik sa original position, same goes pag tinaas mo).

Medyo lumambot sa corrugations. Inoobserbahan ko pa, long drive ako kanina legazpi manila hindi ako dumaan bitukang manok kaya hindi natest sa kurbada kung tatalon ang likod pag biglang bawi sa opposing bend.. Pa align mo nalang bro sa computer after ma resolve yung worn balljoints(tierods, stablink, stab bushings) para ma-isolate mo ng tama. may camber problem kaya hindi pantay kain at yan din cause kung bakit pumapaling ang steering. Magsisira talaga ng suspension parts yan kung hindi ma correct. Control arms vertical movement ideally no resistance, iingay lang yan kung overtorqued, dried lubrication, or wobble at hindi mapperfect(recurring) alignment probs kung malaki ang play dahil lumambot/expanded na..

Not sure kung meron pero wala yata alignment tool NNE, last visit ko sira daw etc.. better call em up.
Eto findings ni casa mechanic.
Leaking rack and pinion for further evaluation daw 65k ang bnew. Tie rod assembly both sides. Upper and lower ball joints driver side kelangan palitan and buong assembly lang ang meron sila estimate asa 7.xk each upper and lower arm. Stab link both sides. Saka isang bushing sa rear leaf me langitgit daw. Kung magkano man abutin nung parts plus 8k labor kasama na don alignment

Thanks sir. Pwede pa din kaya bumuhat ng 1 ton kapag naka 2" spacer at 2" shackles?

No changes dapat sa load, makapal yung bakal na ginamit at carbon steel ang bolts. Medyo maluwag lang nga ang bushing pero no noticeable effects.
Sa mga nakapag rear lift, yung rear brake proportioning valve ba inadjust nyo rin? Pag aaralan ko pa lang kung pano i-adjust..
So hindi pala bushings ang problema kundi ball-joints? Sa parts catalog i posted previously assembly talaga yung balljoint with control arms so pagnapalitan yan kasama na rin bushings kaya eliminated lahat ng suspects mo. As for other options, check mo din sa parts store i think may replacement yang balljoint, i've seen online may nakapagpalit na aftermarket.
Re rack n pinion leak, may per piece ang seals so pwede i-rebuild. Kung mattry mo din yung stop leak sa PS, baka makatulong.
hindi nya na check yung bushing kasi di naman nya tinangal yung wheel at yung shocks. ang basis nya is yung me leak na daw yung ball joints.
yeah rebuild kit ata muna yung gagawin sa aken. saka nakita nya na yung rack and pinion bushing is sira na. (pano nasisira yun) pinakita naman nya sa aken na sira na.

I forgot what shop but meron thread nyan dito sa tsikot, may online sellers din.
Normal wear and tear siguro and kung hindi napapalitan/ flush ang PS fluid reservoir, yung duming naipon nagiging abrassive kaya bumiibagay seals at pump..
Oh well, dami probs ng suspension mo after ma diagnose sa casa.. Kung tierods lang and stab links/ stab bush saglit lang palitan yun then pa align mo, check for improvements. Atleast ma narrow down mo real cause ng alignment issue..

Ok din yung stock Grandtrek AT20 matagal ang wear rate kaso HT.. Isa din sa pinagpilian ko during my tire shopping
