One way of checking if your unit is a JDM is your plate. If 96 it should start with U if local but if JDM plate start w/ X or R

Mga Pards, patulong naman. Hindi kasi bumubusina yung 99 Fieldmaster ko thru my steering wheel horn pad at napilitan muna akong magpakabit ng temporay wiring at push button sa left side ng dashboard para lang may magamit ako. Medyo cautious kasing gumalaw ang mga Technicians dito sa amin sa Batangas City kasi delikado daw dahil nung airbag. They're suspecting na sira na yung lock spring inside the steering wheel and I have to replace the airbag assembly which is costly. I have yet to prove this kasi nga ay di ko pa napapabuksan yung steering wirings. I'm hoping na may na-disconnect lang or something.

I want to retain yung safety ng airbag and humanap ng possibilities na magagawa ito ng di masyadong costly. Plano kong lumuwas next week at maghanap ng pupwedeng mag-troubleshoot o mag-repair. Any idea mga Sirs kung saan ko siya pwedeng dalhin dyan sa Manila (Evanagelista or Banawe?). Maraming salamat po.

Piraeus, Nawalan din ako ng busina 6 months ago on my 99Fieldmaster. But when it happens kasabay iyon ng pag pula ng SRS indicator sa dashboard. What we found is that the electrical assembly that connect the horn and airbag was cut open. The assembly is like a wounded flexible wiring with multiple strand. The electrician can no longer repair the cut so i have to buy the assembly at El Dorado for 7K pesos. Just bring your ride to experienced electrician and they should know what to do. Yes, do not attempt to remove it yourself as the airbag might explode.

By the way PB, yung door/courtesy lamps na try mo na palitan with the LED type? i changed mine yesterday ANG GANDA and ANG LAKAS!!! fuse bulb type siya pero may 4 LEDs and circuit board na maliit. Aliw na aliw ako! Since LED ito, i assume di na mapupundi (unless masira yung circuit board hehe).... also hindi umiinit kahit nakabukas yung pinto ng matagal.

Master PK - May nag-alok sa akin nang ganyan sa Banawe kanina pero medyo pricey at 720 pesos per door. So 1440 for pair of front door. Ganun din ba ang kuha mo?

anyone here who still has their used and broken old oem front shocks? baka meron sa inyo? buy ko sana yung bushing sa lower part. may play kasi shocks ko. nagtanong na ako sa casa, cant buy the bushing only. buong shocks daw dapat. I'm willing to pick up at your place, pa PM nalang kung meron thanks po.

PB - Kailangan mo ba ito? My old OEM stock is still in the garage... i have my shock replaced to OME 4 months ago.

heres mine, 99 model, but ginawa kong new STOCK look.orig bumper overider, foglamps, rims and sticker, muntik ko na kagatin sa casa dati yung 10k for the sticker only, buti nalang nakakita si PK ng mas mura sa winterpine.

PB - How much winterpine sold door-side sticker?

sa sticker 3.5k or 4k yata kuha ko, not sure kung tama alala ko, basta naalala ko binanggit ko si PK kaya nagless pa ng 500.

kung may family ka US meron ako nabili na LED 150 pesos each lang, 9 leds siya. ganito gamit ko, Attachment 9949

Ask ko lang, mey sira kasi un antenna ng aming Pajero 2.5nd Gen. It doesn't fully retract all the way down, which should be when you turn off the vehicle. Dun sa Paj namin, it just stops midway, but you can still hear the motor of the antenna running.

ANo kaya parts involve dito, and magkano at saan kaya ok paayos un ganitong problem? For those who had similar problems, please share naman kayo about it.. Thanks fellow tsikoteros!

CargoBoy, thank you very much for your advise. Sabi ng nakausap kong Techinican na dating taga-Mitsubishi ay clock spring nga daw iyon na parang wire coil sa loob ng steering wheel. Pag may wheel alignment daw na ginawa sa Paj natin at ini-adjust yung steering wheel, minsan eh nawawala rin sa alignment yung pagkakakasa ng steering wheel natin compared sa designed position nito versus the clock spring.

In effect daw ay magko-kontrahan sila ng pwersa hanggang sa maputol na nga yung wire coil sa loob. Di pa naman pumupula yung SRS indicator ko so susubukan kong patingnan sa kanya bukas. Baka may pag-asa pa. Salamat ulit.

PK 3 hours tapos na first and 2nd row, meron ako nakita sa kac for sale section, dynamat extreme, ito ang pinaka ok daw na deadening mat, sayang nahuli lang sana ganyan na gagamitin ko. yung 3rd row medyo matagal dahil sa panels. if ever maalala mo yung tweeter pods, pa post naman saan meron, thanks PK.

Pero PB sa pagkakaalala ko 1" tweets lang ata salpak dito. sige pare, papa-hypnosis ako para maalala hehe

P600 po per pair. kaso tight fit dun sa saksakan sa door so medjo pwersahan. At the end of the day sulit na sulit. Ang liwanag and kitang kita mo pag gabi kung basa or marumi yung aapakan mo...



Ganito yung nabili ko.... sayang meron palang 6-LED model. Pero the 4-LED beats the crap out of stock hehe... ang puti puti pa ng light.

Sakto pag browse ko sa repair manual. As it turns out, you can just get a generic antenna pole. pull out the old pole and insert the new one..making sure that the plastic rack meshes into the motor pinion. parang simple lang pero im sure mahirap i-diy.

nagbukas akon ng ganyan dati (frontier 2.7E) na power antena... yung plastic gear will "uncoil" (parang jack-in-the-box) pag binigla mong bukasan (after i-unscrew ang mga screw bigla kong inopen).

but then again hindi naman mahirap ibalik (maraming grasa lang ang lilipat sa kamay mo kasi puno ng grasa yung plastic gear). I just powered it back (using my airsoft 7.5V battery). Reverse mo lang polarity kung baligtad ikot.

btw, afaik, nagbebenta ng antena rod lang (no need to get the whole power antena) at P900 dati sa el dorado (4 years back).

tool_46n2, Im not so sure kung pwede siya ipasok agad yung antena mast, kasi maiiwan sa loob yung kaputol ng plastic ng antena sa loob, unless lumabas din yung kaputol. baka pag pinasok mo agad magbuhol sa loob, nung kinalas ko kasi dati yan tinanggal ko buong assemby, once nabuksan na tsaka mo makukuha yung kaputol, tama yung sinabi ni boss wildthing very messy yan, kaya kung may date ka kinabukasan wag mo gagawin yan, I'm sure puro itim kuko mo niyan,
