personally, i don't experience the vibration at reverse.
although maraming kalampag sa akin with all the bad roads i pass through (argh, lang wentang barangay kapitan yan, taga-dun na nga, di mapaayos yung kalsada), and i'm pushing 76T kms na. :D
a casa checkup would cost about 10K, give or take a few thousand. it's to be expected din naman kasi with parts (fluids), big car eh. heheh ;)

February 7th, 2006 08:11 AM #906medyo madugo iyong casa visit ko. he he. especially inabutan ako ng 12% vat. dapat sana iyong regular 40T/km check up mga 15k lang (3k dito ay labor and the rest are the replacements of the consummables, i.e., oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, oil, atf, power steering fluid, coolant [draining ng radiator], brake fluid). Pero the service advisor discovered na manipis na iyong lahat ng brake pads at malapit nang kumain sa rotor. thinking na medyo delikado kung iyong brakes pa ang hindi ko ipapagawa, ipinaayos ko na. at the end of the day, i coughed up 25k. the only consolation i have is my peace of mind that all parts are authentic and originals (i hope so) and kung pumalpak sila, madali silang idemanda at magbayad dahil malaki naman silang kumpanya. he he.

larshell, try niyo po si sir joseph atotubo, 09178405942, magaling siya with pajeros. methinks yung shift shock just needs new a/t fluid?
ac, yung fx seats, diba may parang clamp sila to hold it down to the floor? secure ba siya?
atty, magkano inabot nung brake pads niya?

February 8th, 2006 11:24 AM #909nugundam,
mga 10k including labor ang inabot dun sa brake pads. i just hope tumagal naman ng mga ilang taon ang mga iyon, hindi naman ako mabagsik sa preno e.
where is the best (mahusay, mabilis at mura) accessories shop para sa pajero? iyon bang hindi ka kakabahan habang tinatanggal nila ang bawat turnilyo ng sasakyan mo na para bang hindi nila alam ang ginagawa nila. he he.

February 8th, 2006 12:10 PM #910I have my rigs serviced in Motorcraft. Di ka kakabahan sa service. Magaling at di manloloko. Reasonable price also.
I stop going to the casa after the warranty period expires. What I do is I get OEM stuff from El Dorado (oil/air filters, brake pads, etc) and have the PMS done by Motorcraft. Be there early as the lines can get rather long.
Owners name is Robert. Phone number is 02 4148633. By the way it’s on the left side of Quezon Ave if you’re coming from the Nagtahan side of the city.
