Kung palitan ko nalang ng surplus na 6g72 para tangal kabit nalang, kaya lang yong ECU nya kya basta 6g72 fit all bayon?

el dorado sa sm bicutan had a 6G72 spare engine for sale sa showroom nila mismo. i think 150K siya or around that price. you might wanna ask them, sir Larry or sir Ferdie, 8229097, 7761646.

if you are serious with the engine after checking it out, msg me ok?

as far as the ECU goes, you might wanna look for the same ECU from the same market. alam mo naman, iba standards ng JDM and USDM ECUs eh. the USDM is stricter as far as emissions go and thus, the ECU *might* be programmed differently.

3.0L ba yung 6g72 ng eldorado? Baka small displacement version yun, ha.

yup, 3.0L yung nasa eldorado. gusto ko nga minsan eh, since si JC ng mymitsuph, 6G72 yung pajero niya, and he actually gets a 1km/liter higher mileage than what i get for the 4m40.

Pwede bang i-recline yung 2nd row seat ng Fieldmaster? Recline na pahiga sana, or kahit konti lang, kasi masyadong uncomfortable yung mga tao kapag umuupo sa likod. Thanks.

pwede ma-recline. hanapin mo yung lever sa may lower part ng seat. ingat lang tumatama kasi yun sa jump seats (bench type) if you fold it up/down pag sobrang recline na.

this just happened earlier...

the "D" indicator on the dash wouldn't light up anymore, though i can engage D normally. is it just as simple as changing a bulb or something?

asar, sunod-sunod ah. yesterday, it was the right parking light. when i got home naman, the left went as well. now the "D" indicator on the dash...

Bulb lang yan sir. Chicken. 30 minute repair.

If you dont use the FX seats, I suggest you just remove them. This was what I did. Bawas langitngit and you can recline the 2nd row all you want

PK: onga, sana we get to see your batmobile next time :D i'll try to fix the bulb next time around...due na rin siya for service, i'll probably use my 13th month pay for that. i've replaced both park lights, okay na. problem was, the left foglamp went dead. okay, so i took out the right lamp and was able to determine na bulb lang kasi it lit up when i plugged it into the left connector. after i replaced the left bulb kanina, both na went dead. argh.

larshell: ahhh i see. oh well. i guess evangelista or banawe ang next choice natin. sabi cavite may mga surplus shops daw pero i don't know where.

Thank's mga bro, one more question im thinking kasi if possible to convert it to 6g72 to 4d56 engine? ano kaya mga covertion na kelangan? Na try ko kasi dati sa 3door lang na 4g52 engine yata yon bolt on lang swak na swak. Ito kaya 6g72 to 4d56?

um, not thta good with streets eh. but here's the directions.

go southbound EDSA, heading towards taft. after you go past the flyovers going to manila or slex or straight ahead to taft/airport, start queueing to the right kasi on your right, you'll see a street between a mcdo and jollibee, yan na yung evangelista.
